Damaged Goods
 

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.

 

If a shipment arrives damaged:

 

  • Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage
  • Contact WisdomKing.com customer service at: customerservice@wisdomking.com to start processing an insurance claim. Please refer to your oder number in your message
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you

If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:

 

  • Contact WisdomKing.com customer service at: customerservice@wisdomking.com within 5 days of delivery
  • Save the container and merchandise for inspection
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you
