How to check my order status?
You can check the status of your order at any time by going to Order status
page. To get there you have to click on Your account button, located on
the left panel and after Login to click on Order status button. All your
orders will be listed there. Next, click on the order number that you wish
to check the status on.

How to cancel item(s) on back
order?
If some (or all) of the ordered items are not available for immediate shipment we will put them on "back order."
We will advice you by e-mail approximately when would back ordered items become available. You will be able to
cancel at any time, and for as long as on "back order," any item by e-mailing your request to
customerservice@wisdomking.com. Cancellation of back-ordered
item(s) will close your order and you will be billed only for the already delivered items (if any) only. Since we
charge credit cards for shipped products only no refund will be due. If you choose to pay by check or money order
you will receive full refund on canceled items by check within 10-15 business days.

How could I know if you received
my prescription?
If you have a prescription item in your order, the entire order will
be put on hold for as long as we receive your prescription. Advising
message will be displayed. Please check back if we received your prescription
and started processing your order.

How I could cancel a prescription item
in my order?
If you (or we) have a problem obtaining your prescription you will be
able at any time to cancel the purchase of the prescription item by clicking
on the cancel button that will appear next to that item description.
The rest of your order will be released for immediate processing.

How could I know if you received my
check?
If you choose to pay for your order by personal check or money order,
your order will be put on-hold for as long as we receive your payment.
Advising message will be displayed. Please check back if we received your
payment and started processing your order.
