Searching for products
There are three ways to search for products:
- By Department - just click on the department tub and go from one
sub-category to another until you reach the item you want to purchase.
- Quick search - by typing a word or part of it in the "Quick search"
box and clicking on the "Go" button you can pull from the data base
all products or categories that have in their name the same combination
of letters.
- Advanced search - the most powerful tool, which helps you to precisely
locate the product by sentence, brand, manufacturer, etc.
Checkout
You can purchase an item simply by clicking on "Add to cart" button. When
you're done shopping, click the "Checkout" button, found on
the "Shopping cart" page.

Choosing payment method
At checkout, you will be asked to choose the payment method - by credit
card or personal check/ money order (for more information go to Payment
& Insurances page).
- If you are a first time customer and choose to pay by credit card,
you will be asked to provide your credit card information and billing
address (concern about security? Read our Security
page).
- If you choose to pay by personal check or money order, your order
will be "on hold" until we receive and clear your check or money order
for the total amount that appears on your Sales order. Please make your
check or money order payable to WisdomKing.com and mail to the following
address:

Please do not forget to put your Sales order number on the check!
You always can get the number of your order by going to
Order
status page.
Note:
Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order
your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to
you until your funds clear. Paying by personal check typically delays
your order two to three weeks.

Choosing shipping method
At Checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method. The system
automatically calculates the shipping charges on your order, based on
the total price and the chosen shipping method. You will have the possibility
to explore the shipping cost of all offered options before your credit
card is being charged. This feature allows you to pick the method that
best fits your needs (for more information go to Shipping
page).
Note:
Should your order contains overweight or/and oversize items (not
accepted by common carriers), the system automatically will offer you
only one method of shipment - by truck.

Order confirmation
At checkout you will have the possibility to see your total (including
sales tax and shipping charges) before your credit card is being charged.
At this point you could make changes or cancel your order. When you press
Confirm button your order is completed. As a confirmation for successful
completion the system will generate a Sales order and will save it in
your Order status
file for future references.

Invoice issue
After your order is shipped and your credit card charged, the system
will automatically issue an invoice and will save it in Invoice history
file for future references. At any time you can look at your invoice details,
print or delete it (for more information go to Invoice
history page).
Note:
Some insurance companies do reimburse their customers for out of pocket
medical expenses. Please check with your medical insurance plan administrator.

Saving items for later (Favorites
list)
If you prefer to wait until another day to buy some of the items that
you selected, just click the "Add to Favorites" button that appears to
the extreme right of any item description. This will move the title to
your Favorites
list and you will be able to easily find it on your next visit. For

list page.

Changing item quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you can do so before
or after placing it in your Shopping cart, just change the number in the
"Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your
list of Shopping cart items to confirm any changes.

Deleting items from Shopping cart
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping cart just uncheck "Keep"
box that appears to the extreme left of any item in your Shopping cart
and click on "Update" button.
