Why we have the lowest prices
We at WisdomKing.com are pleased to announce that our prices are extremely competitive. We continually monitor the prices of our competitors but if you have found a better priced product in some of our competitor stores, please let us know at customerservice@wisdomking.com. We may be able to match the price and even give you a better deal.
How we manage to keep our prices
so low
First: WisdomKing.com does not accept directly insurance plans,
including Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-cal). We accept only cash (credit
cards, personal checks and money orders). It doesn't make any difference
whether our customer is a patient, a professional, a dealer or an insurance
company. We have the same rules and prices for everyone. Since we do not
have additional costs and overheads connected with: endless benefit verification
calls and faxes, tremendous amount of paperwork, complicated billing process
which requires special skills and training, denials of payment for any
reason, reimbursements that take months to get, office staff working on
the same claims for months, etc., our price includes only the cost of
the product, our modest expense (mainly for servicing our web site) and
our very small profit.
Second: The advanced technology that WisdomKing.com uses eliminates
most of the expenses of the traditional businesses. We don't need people
to take orders from customers or to place orders with our suppliers. We
do not even need people to do the billing. You, the customer, with 3 clicks
only - create the sales order and the purchase order in the same time.
In most cases before you even close your window your order was packed
and shipped to you! Your invoice was also created out of the data you
had entered and was automatically displayed in your Invoice history file,
from where you can print it and save it for as long as you wish. Our technology
is 100% paperless. That means, when we handle your order from the very
beginning to the very end (including communications with our suppliers)
we don't use even a single sheet of paper - no printers, no copiers, no
toner, no envelopes, no mailing stamps
Third: Since the company is 100% owned by its employees and no
outside capital involved, WisdomKing.com doesn't spend money on investors
relations staff and activities. We don't waste even a minute of our time
for endless meetings. We don't need to print shiny brochures and reports.
We don't spend money on independent financial or law advisers. No shiny
offices, no outrageous salaries and bonuses, no limos, no private jets
etc., paid by investors money.

Pricing anomalies
Despite our best efforts, we may have some products in our data base priced incorrectly.
If we find during processing that a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the product.
If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will charge
the stated price. In extraordinary circumstances when we are unable to
supply the item at the stated price, we will contact you for instructions
before shipping.

Quantity discounts
Our profit margin on most of the products is very low and therefore there is no more room for further discounts. However, if you consider placing a larger order, or for more than the usual amount of the same products it is a good idea to check with WisdomKing.com if you can get discount. Please e-mail your requests to customerservice@wisdomking.com.
Note: If you have found a better priced product in some of our competitor stores, please let us know. We may be able to match the price and even give you a better deal.

Product availability
If one or more items you have ordered is on back-order, we will send you the available items, and bill your account for the price of the shipped items and the shipping cost of the full order.
We will inform you by e-mail if any of the ordered items is on back-order.
You can always cancel back ordered items by clicking on "Cancel"
button that appears next to the item description. For more information

Status page. Since we charge your credit card for shipped
items only, if you choose to prepay for your order by personal check or
money order you will receive a full refund on canseled items by check
within 5-7 business days.
