Returns
 

Satisfaction guarantee

WisdomKing.com wants all customers to be happy with every purchase made at our site. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you will have 30 days (15 days for Books, Videos, TENS Units and Traction Devices) to return the product after receipt of the order. If the product is damaged in shipment, or an incorrect item was shipped, we will issue you a full product price refund or immediately send a replacement product. Some products by law cannot be returned (Please check the Return conditions section).

How do I return something

It is important to contact Customer Service and request a RMA number. Please reference your Invoice number (or Sales order number) and the reason for your return.

 

Possible reasons for Return:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)
  • Other (please explain)

Note:
1. For your return you MUST receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions from WisdomKing.com. All unauthorized returns are subject to 15% processing fee (25% for items delivered by truck) and a $10 administrative charge in addition to the applicable shipping expenses, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by WisdomKing.com.
2. Once issued RMA number is valid for 14 days and if the order is not returned within the 14 day period, the sale will be considered final and no more requests for return will be accepted.
3. WisdomKing.com recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since WisdomKing.com will not be responsible for any loss or damages to the returning shipments.
4. Refused by the recipient orders are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same fee and administrative charge. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well.
5. If UPS returns the package(s) due to a wrong street address or not matching recipient's name as provided in your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost in both directions. If a reship is requested, you will be responsible for the second shipping cost as well.

Return conditions

You may return your order within 30 days (15 days for Books, Videos and Traction devices) of receipt for a full product price refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

 

  • All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If we receive the product with damages, scratches or missing parts, with other words in “non resalable condition”, we reserve the right to withhold our expenses to fix the damages from customer’s reimbursement.
  • Books, software and consumables are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. Defective books or software may be exchanged for identical product.
  • Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may not be returnable or may be returned only for replacement and not for refund.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise.
  • For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene or mouth stick products.

  • Class II Medical Devices as Ultrasound Units, Electrical Stimulators etc. by FDA regulations cannot be returned if they have been used.
  • Orders delivered by truck are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all additional costs (if any) connected to the freight delivery.

Notes:
1. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
2. As manufacturers permanently update their products, the photos we show on our website are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and WisdomKing.com cannot take responsibility for small differences.

Damaged goods

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.

 

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage
  • Contact WisdomKing.com customer service. Click here to get request form.

If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:

Product warranty

After the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category.
